Pavel is coming to Sacramento

Pavel Tsatsouline is coming to Sacramento CA Nov. 22nd to do two workshops. One on flexibility and one on abdominal training.

    6 hours of instruction from Pavel for 100 bucks is hard to pass up. I'm glad I read your blog or I would have missed this. I signed up.
