Today’s workout:
50 foot tire drag- 4 rounds with 200 meter run in-between (no tire)
1000 meters on concept 2 rower
One Arm Dumbbell Snatch 5x40 lbs., 5x40 lbs., 5x50 lbs., 5x50 lbs. Each hand.
Turkish Get Up (Barbell) 40 lbs, 45 lbs.
1000 meters on concept 2 rower
Fireman’s carry of C. Gaines, 245 lb. Personal Trainer.
