ReplyDeleteHave you seen the new kettlebell infomercial? They call them k-bells. I think the outfit is called Kettlenetics. The k-bell is 4lbs. Prolly because 1.)they can't ship heavier and make money and 2.) they are anticipating lawsuits when legions of housewives start throwing out their backs.
BTW, do you have a name for the RKC video hostess? An address? Anything????
