Solid pistols on the left leg.

I'm not getting too excited yet, but I pulled off four solid pistols on my left leg with a 12 kg. kettlebell today, no pain. I think all of my flexibility work is finally paying off.


  1. Cool, cool, cool.
    The last time I did 20 pistols I popped something in my lumbar spine again and was OOC for about a week for weight bearing loads. That was about 6 months ago and I am staying away from anything that would potentially do that again. I have since been much heavier into yoga to rehab the root of the problem as well as bring balance to my body.

  2. Thanks Bob. The rehab stuff is good and definitely instrumental in getting me back in action. Another factor was just continually sharpening up my technique and always working to tighten up further.
