    Nice article! I always think it is interesting to learn how people were introduced to kettlebells. Most people also have a separate story describing their AhHa moment when they realize that functional training helps them reach their goals (what, you mean I don't have to do 30 minutes of cardio after my preacher curls?!?) Nice job.

  5. Dude, that was fucking great! You don't seem psycho at all when you put your training into context like that. "Logical" is more like it ~ you train for the job.

    5.56 isn't quite as threatening when the shooter is extracting lung-cookies, eh?.

    I really love where you're coming from with this article. That's the picture of functional fitness I've always had. I don't work very hard at it (fitness), but when I do train, that's the direction I'm pointing toward.
